American Pie, the cult film that chronicles teenage sexual encounters and interactions with girls, which Reid performed as Vicky the virgin in the film. This did not lead to a successful Hollywood life. Reid did not do well in films like Josie and the Pussycats. Her career waned despite a short role as a character in American Pie 2.
