Suzanne Pleshette (born June 25, 1942) was an American actor, voice-over artist and writer. Through her nearly five-decade-long career she had earned more than a hundred credits on her record. Pleshette, a native New Yorker, began acting on the stage before gradually moving into film. Pleshette has appeared in several movies, such as 'The Birds", Rome Adventure", Fate Is the Hunter", if it's Tuesday this must be Belgium" and "Support The Local Gunfighter". Apart from her films she's appeared numerous TV films as well as shows. She was once recognized as an Emmy Award nominee as well as the two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was considered to win the Laurel Award twice and won it in 1963. she appeared in the film 'The Birds. Her death in 2008 led to the posthumous recognition of a Star along the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
